Merchant Services Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern this offer:
Program Qualifications
All adult merchants who have signed up for our adult merchant services (AMP Link or AMP Direct) within the promo period are eligible to join the rebate program provided the minimum monthly $20,000 processing requirement is met.
Redemption Requirements and Limits
This offer is good for service subscriptions made from February 1, 2007 through March 26, 2007.
Qualifying Merchants for our adult merchant services will Receive a .75 of total sales volume.
AdultMerchantPay reserves the right to extend time period or increase the dollar amount threshold for this offer at its sole discretion.
AdultMerchantPay retains the right to request additional information when processing a rebate claim. AdultMerchantPay is not responsible for lost, late, missing, misdirected or misaddressed claims.
AdultMerchantPay will pay rebates back to adult merchants on a monthly basis for the first year by adding the previous month's rebate to an amount due to an adult merchant. AdultMerchantPay will cease paying rebates once an adult merchant has processed for a total twelve months.
Only the subscribed adult merchant may submit a rebate claim. There is a limit of one (1) rebate redemption per subscribed entity, including all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and sister businesses.
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions AdultMerchantPay offers.
Adult Merchant Services Rebate Payment Information
Applicable tax or government surcharges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the adult merchant.
The receipt of rebate is contingent upon successful verification that all of the criteria in these terms and conditions have been met. If the adult merchant fails to meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no rebate will be issued.
Canceled Merchant Serices Subscriptions
Qualifying adult merchants that have received rebates for this promotion who cease processing with AMP subscription within a period of 90 days will be subject to reimburse AdultMerchantPay for the rebate dollar amount paid.
Additional Adult Merchant Information
AdultMerchantPay assumes that the merchant acknowledges and accepts the current terms and conditions of our adult merchant services at the time a rebate claim is submitted.
Merchant services offer subject to applicable law. Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law.
